I wear a 42 regular coat in the winter and ordered a extra large in this coat. It fits well but the arms are about an inch to long for a perfect fit.Overall a very good quality coat and would cost an arm and a leg if it were custom ordered.

I’m 6’2” and 165 lbs. I ordered the medium and large at the same time because I’m a pretty skinny guy for my height. The large fit so well that I didn’t bother opening the medium. This is very much a 4* jacket. Yes, there’s far better stuff out there for much more money. It pretty thin (which is good for Texas). Seems to be well made.
