I’m 5’5, size 14 and I found this to run super fitted and small. I ordered my usual size- xl and it was really short, and although I could zip it just fine it was very fitted over just a lightweight shirt. On the positive side though, it is so soft! The quality feels good and I loved the look/color of it so reordered to a 1x. I wanted something that wasn’t tightly fitted and that I could zip up over any shirt/sweater. I’ll update review with how that fits.

Let me start by saying it is a great looking, soft lightweight jacket. I wear an XL which is what I ordered. It has a feminine cut, which makes it a bit snug. The cut of the jacket doesn’t leave much room for anything under it I will be returning for a 1X.
