This is actually my second one. The first one I accidentally lost off of the back of the bike and couldn’t live without it. I ordered another EXACTLY the same as the lost one. Great price. It’s soft and comfortable and warm against the wind. The website originally recommended, based on my measurements, that I buy a large. I usually wear a medium. I was a bit leery ordering a product like this online as pictures and sizing charts can be so deceiving. My jacket arrived in 4 business days, and I was amazed at the quality. I would say the sizing is a little smaller than normal, I always wear an XX or a s, so I ordered the small as per the measurements in the size guide. It fits absolutely perfect, very fitted, unfortunately I will not be able to wear a heavier sweater underneath for the colder weather. I decided not to exchange it, I may order another style in the medium. The jacket had a strange smell to it when I took it out of the plastic. I contacted the customer service dept and they gave me an explanation, but went above/ beyond and am refunding me $40 to cover the cost of a professional clean if I like. They told me to hang it in the fresh air outside for 2-3 days and the odour should dissipate. But, I would be more comfortable having it cleaned before I wear it. I WOULD DEFINITELY recommend ordering from this company, I am a very satisfied customer. An added note, I rarely order online.
