I got this jacket for my sister and I was really pleased with the thickness and warmth. It appears to be pretty well made and looks nice. My only complaints about this jacket are that I think it runs small. I bought her a size up and it was still pretty tight. Go at least one size larger for this jacket! Also, it was a wrinkled mess when I took it out of the package, Overall, pretty happy with this jacket.

I ordered a jacket from this company as a Christmas gift for my sister. However, it didn’t come by the expected date and I ended up having to reach out to see why. Because of Covid, they were experiencing some type of delay. No worries, Im a patient person, plus I got 15% off for my next purchase!! Two more weeks went by and turns out FedEx had lost my package. Fanjackets did their research and confirmed the lost package, but it was marked delivered to me. I reached out again to explain, but they already knew what happened. They asked if I was still interested and I was, so they shipped out the exact same jacket the next day. I received it later in the week. Once I got the jacket, I finally gifted it to my sister and she didn’t like it. Bomber….but its ok I email the customer service again to see if I could just exchange the jacket for one that I liked myself. I picked it out and sent the other one back. They even sent me a prepaid label and everything. I am currently waiting on my new jacket and I couldn’t be happier with the level of professionalism from the customer service department. Kudos to yall for a job well done!! I will definitely buy from here again.
