We accept returns on all items, no quibble and always make this process as easy and hassle free as possible. We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of shipping. It applies to faulty products, unopened and unused products that are in their original packaging.

  • Items should, wherever possible, be returned in their original packaging with their tags attached.
  • We ask you to take reasonable care of the goods you purchase while they are in your possession. It means that you may inspect and try on the goods as you would try them on in our store but tags should not be removed from any item, and the original packaging should be retained. Goods should not be soiled, torn or damaged.
  • The customer is responsible for getting the product back to us at their expense, and we suggest that you pack it carefully and return the purchase back to us by means that are safe and can be traced if the parcel goes missing.
  • As soon as our warehouse has processed your return, we’ll email you to let you know.
  • We accept returns for Refund or Exchange for another size or Jacket.
  • International returns, please note: If you are returning anything to us from outside the US you must complete a customs declaration correctly indicating that the package contains returned goods.
