Return and Exchange
We at Fanjackets are committed to never compromise on quality or give false commitments, and follow a clear policy because we value our customers and want you to know everything before you buy.
We accept returns on all items, no quibble and always make this process as easy and hassle-free as possible. We offer a 90-day return policy from the date of shipping. It applies to faulty products, unopened and unused products that are in their original packaging.
- Items should, wherever possible, be returned in their original packaging with their tags attached.
- We ask you to take reasonable care of the goods you purchase while they are in your possession. It means that you may inspect and try on the goods as you would try them on in our store but tags should not be removed from any item, and the original packaging should be retained. Goods should not be soiled, torn or damaged.
- The customer is responsible for getting the product back to us at their expense, and we suggest that you pack it carefully and return the purchase back to us by means that are safe and can be traced if the parcel goes missing.
- As soon as our warehouse has processed your return, we’ll email you to let you know.
- We accept returns for Refund or Exchange for another size or Jacket.
Size and Fit Issue:
- International returns, please note: If you are returning anything to us from outside the US you must complete a customs declaration correctly indicating that the package contains returned goods.
It is recommended to first check sizing before ordering any product from our store. In case, the size is not accurate (runs small or big) kindly, send an email to our customer service team at email@example.com (within 3 days). It is also requested to mention the reason why you’d like to return the product.
Color Change or Defective Piece:
If you received an item that is different or has any kind of defect, kindly inform us by emailing at firstname.lastname@example.org with your product images.
This policy is valid for only 3 days after receiving the product. We can’t offer a refund or exchange if the customer fails to inform us within the mentioned period.
