Return and Exchange

At FanJackets, your satisfaction is important to us. We always aim to provide you with the quality products, but we understand that you may need to return or exchange item(s) in some circumstances. We offer you both return and exchange option and always make the process as easy as possible. Alternatively, you can return item(s) for in-store credit as well.

If you meet the criteria mentioned below, we are happy to assist you with the returns or exchanges.

Order Return Portal

Return/Refund Policy:

Whether the product does not meet your expectations or it has any defects you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. After receiving the item, we’ll inspect the product and notify you. It may take up to 4-7 days to reflect the refund amount to your account.

FanJackets reserves the right to refuse return/exchange if:

  • The product is washed or dry cleaned
  • The product is worn out too many times
  • The product is of a custom size
  • The product is missing tags
  • The product is completely torn

Size and Fitting Issue:

In case the size is not accurate (runs small or big) kindly, submit your request through our order return portal within 48 hours so it can be resolved at the earliest possible.



FanJackets provides a more relaxed and flexible refund option known as Fan Pay. Instead of limited to the amount refund this FanPay option allows customers to receive store credit. These store credit can be utilized for next future purchase at FanJackets.

Benefits of Fan Pay

  • Receive an immediate additional $20 reward on the credited amount.
  • Customers can utilize the credit at any time and for any product they desire.

How to Apply for Fan Pay?

After adding your desired items to the cart, you can apply the given Fan Pay Voucher at the checkout page.

To be eligible for Fan Pay credit, it is compulsory that customers adhere to the following conditions:

  • The credit can be utilized to purchase any product in the store.
  • Using the same email address as in the previous order.
  • The store credit’s worth will be subtracted from the entire purchase amount.
  • If the total purchase amount surpasses the value of the store credit, then the customer can pay the remaining balance using any other accepted payment method.


Please note that once you select the store credit option, it cannot be refunded.


Color Change or Defective Piece:

If you received item(s) that is different or has any kind of defect, kindly inform us by emailing at [email protected] with your product images. This policy is valid for 48 hours after receiving the product. We can’t offer a refund or exchange if the customer fails to inform us within the mentioned period.

Cancellation of Order:

Any request for cancellation of any order will be issued as per the conditions stated below:

  • Confirm cancellation within (3) days of order or will result into a direct/flat deduction of 25% from your ordered item amount.
  • However, if the requested cancellation is within (7) days, there will be 45% deduction from the item amount.
  • No requests for order cancellation will be done after (7) days of confirmation.
  • Each product we receive for return or refund is inspected by the quality control department to determine that the product is exactly the same as ordered from our website.
  • If the product is somehow damaged during the shipment, only then you will get a replacement shipped at our expense. If your product is damaged, please email ([email protected]) and specifying the extent of damage within (24) hours.
